Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for managing the preventative maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, overseeing action plans and projects, controlling maintenance budgets, and leading the maintenance team to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Equipment & Facility Maintenance
Maintain and repair HVAC, plant equipment, gym machines, and premises
Conduct daily inspections and walkabouts
Ensure pool maintenance meets operational standards
Report faults and action plans using the intranet system
B. Action Plans & Projects
Conduct brand standard checks and ensure RAP completion
Manage contractor compliance, snag lists, and project quality
Ensure all work areas are left in proper condition
C. Maintenance Plans & Budget Management
Keep all repairs, quotes, and costs within budget
Control stock levels and ensure proper procurement procedures
Monitor quality and delivery of all maintenance orders
D. Team Management
Allocate tasks and prioritize schedules
Train staff to meet operational needs
Manage shift rosters, leave cycles, and succession plans
E. Miscellaneous
Be available for call-outs or telephonic assistance
Support managers with any lawful and reasonable requests

Skills & Competencies
