Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conceptualizing, designing, developing, and testing custom software applications utilizing SharePoint, ASP.NET, C#.NET, Java, SQL Server, and web technologies.
• Extending and enhancing the functionality of existing software products to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and team members to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.
• Establishing and documenting coding standards to ensure consistency and maintainability across development projects.
• Diagnosing and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

1. Software Development and Customization

A key function of this role is developing and customizing software applications using technologies such as SharePoint, ASP.NET, C#.NET, Java, SQL Server, and various web technologies. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirement analysis to deployment. This includes developing applications that are robust, scalable, and meet business requirements.

2. Application Enhancement and Maintenance

Software applications must evolve to meet the changing needs of the organization. The Deputy Director will be responsible for improving existing software products by adding new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring that they remain relevant. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Collaboration and Team Coordination

This role requires working closely with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to ensure seamless coordination. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to meet project deadlines and deliver software solutions that align with business objectives. 4. Coding Standards and Best Practices
