Internship Overview
The Vox Telecommunication Internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates between the ages of 20 and 30 who have completed a minimum NQF Level 5 qualification.
This role offers a comprehensive introduction to the telecommunications industry, with a focus on technical support, network operations, and also customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
As an intern with Vox Telecom, you will be involved in a variety of tasks and projects that will give you valuable experience and also insight into the telecommunications field.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Technical Support Desk (FTTH and FTTB): Provide technical support for Fiber to the Home (FTTH) and Fiber to the Building (FTTB) services.
