Key Responsibilities
As an Internal Sales Officer, your main duties will include:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Driving sales growth and achieving monthly targets.
Identifying market opportunities in the retail sector.
Managing daily orders, invoicing, and reporting.
Running client outreach campaigns via email and phone.
Scheduling and conducting introductory calls with new clients.
Collaborating with sales reps, production, and accounts teams.
Requirements
Matric certificate (essential).
A degree/diploma (advantageous).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in over-the-counter retail sales.
SAGE and CRM experience (advantageous).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Goal-driven, organised, and detail-oriented.
